Explanation of Wedding Services
Legal Paperwork and Blood Tests:
For a legal wedding here in Mexico wedding there are legal papers that have to be filled in and you must both have a blood test. We take care of the paperwork and make sure the test is performed by only the best, most hygienic, licensed technicians.
Translations:
All of the papers we present to the judge must be in Spanish. Therefore all of the documents we receive from you English we have to translate. We are also there on the day of your wedding to translate for the judge as they only speak Spanish.
Judge and Minister Services:
We will determine along with you who will be the best officiate for your wedding, confirm availability and secure the date, time and location.
Location Scouting:
For special location requests we will travel to your chosen destination and ensure the location you have requested fits our standards and that we can accommodate your guests and all requests.
Design and Coordination:
We will give you our undivided attention and creative advice to turn your vision into a reality. We take care of every detail and confirm every vendor. We offer our advice and listen to your request to ensure the day is exactly how you have it envisioned.
On-site supervision:
We are there on site for every one of your events and ensure that everything runs smoothly. We are there to check set up before hand and stay to the end to make sure everything flows smoothly and to help you with anything you or your guests may need. At the end of the event we make sure that every vendor has been paid and that you have no stress on your big day.
Flowers and Decor:
We provide suggestions and advice on the types, colors and design for floral bouquets, arches, urns, centre pieces and any other design or decoration element that will make your wedding unique and memorable.
Food and Beverage Consultation:
We will help you to decide which kind or foods, beverages and services are the best for your guests, whether it be buffet, plated, open limit bar, or per person. We will determine which suits your style.
Entertainment:
DJ? Live band? Mariachis? Fire works? Salsa Dancers? Or perhaps sky divers or fire dancers are more your style! Anything else you want to entertain you and your guests on this memorable day. We will help you decide what is best and locate the best vendor. Remember no request is too outrageous!
Photo and Video:
Only the best! This is the one thing you will have to take home with you and remember long after the party is over and the flowers and faded. We work with talented photographers videographers and editors to ensure that every smile, every tear is captured for you to remember. You receive unlimited photographs and a selection of prints .plus a disc which contains every photo shot on that day so that you can make your owns prints and enlargement for yourself, family and friends.

We also offer you the option of purchasing a website! We will design a webpage of your wedding featuring photos and text to describe your unique wedding so that the family and friends who were unable to attend can enjoy your big day like they were there. You have the domain name for one year from the date posted.
